I ordered Plating barrels from this company, their customer service by Sarah Xie was smooth and prompt. We agreed on delivery time and everything went well, the items performed way beyond my expectations after I received and installed.

I am very pleased with our order, you all were very patient during the negotation and resolving specification issues for the product. At one point you probably think we were not ready to order because of long delay to confirm the order but you all were persistant. I have one issue and that is the machinery were packed on one side of the container and this is not safe because the container almost topple over when arrive at our compound. This could of caused many damages to machinery and danger human life. Better care and attention required next time and other customers shipments
